We found out last week that our boy hasn't been able to see out of his left eye -probably since birth. Well, he can see - just not well. But today a whole new world opened up. Micah can see! Here he is in the new specs. Handsome as ever. I think very G.Q. The second picture is him enjoying his first chance to draw with the use of two clear eyes. How thankful we are that doctors caught it and that we live in an age and place where there is help for people with poor vision.Two quick notes on the photos:
-Don't miss the food all around Micah's mouth. Classic Micah. Some things never change. :)
-Don't miss the open mouth in the second picture. His mouth is usually involved in all things requiring deep concentration - cutting with scissors, drawing, etc. The mouth gyrations help so much! ;)

Dean was asking just yesterday when he get's to see Josh again. I told him I'm not sure. My step-grandma passed away in Feb, so the chances of us getting out there are few and far between. Hope you're all well and have a happy halloween! Julie & the boys
